Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropStackHQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropStackHQ provides browser extensions and productivity tools designed to enhance the experience of real estate platforms including Zillow, Redfin, Rightmove, Realtor.com, Realtor.ca, and realestate.com.au. We offer freemium and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when registering.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly per extension.
• A 7-day free trial is available for each premium extension (one trial per product per account).
• Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of a charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape or automate bulk data collection beyond what the extension provides
• Violate the terms of service of any platform our extensions operate on

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of PropStackHQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. PropStackHQ does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Real estate data displayed by our extensions is sourced from third-party platforms and may not always be accurate or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropStackHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
